Appointments

We know that all children are not alike, therefore, we tailor our services to your child as an individual.  Because of' this, appointments may vary in frequency, length of time and time of day.  This will be discussed once a treatment plan has been established. If you cannot keep your appointment, reasonable notice (at least 24 hours) should be given to our office. This provides us the opportunity to offer this time to another patient.

Emergencies

If your child has a dental emergency, call the office at (952) 475-3135.  At night and on weekends, Dr. Kennard shares emergency calls with several other pediatric dentist.  Call the office at (952) 475-3135 and the message will direct you to a dentist on call.

Fees & Payments

We make every effort to keep the cost of your dental care down.  You can help by paying for the treatment at the time of your child's visit. If the treatment program requires several visits, you will be given an estimate and asked to make financial arrangements with a member of our business staff.  Please remember insurance is considered a method of reimbursing the patient for fees paid to the doctor and is not a substitute for payments. Some insurance companies pay fixed allowances for certain procedures and others pay a percentage of the charge.  It is your responsibility to know your policy and pay any deductible amounts, co-insurance, or any other balance not paid by your insurance company at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made.
