Taylor Stephens, D.D.S.,
P.A.
Dr.
Taylor Stephens is a native of northern California.
He left high school early to attend Bard's College at
Simon's Rock in Great Barrington, Massachusetts. He
completed his degree in
classical saxophone performance from Oberlin College in
Oberlin, Ohio.
Dr. Stephens worked as a pilot for
Continental Airlines for several years before attending
dental school at the University of the Pacific in
California.
Influenced by his mentor, Dr.
Frank Hodges, a pediatric dentist in Santa Rosa,
California, he was accepted into the pediatric dental
residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical
Center in Ohio.
He was selected as first chief
resident for his fellow pediatric dental residents.
He has extensive experience in
treating children with a multitude of medical
issues and disabilities, use of
sedative medications for apprehensive children in the
office, treatment of children in the operating room
under general anesthesia when needed, as well as
treatment of normal healthy children in the office.
He enjoys skiing, running, and spending time with his
family. Dr. Stephens, his wife Miranda, and baby
daughter Mary Jane are excited to move to Minnesota to
live and work, and have Mary Jane be near her
grandparents in Orono.
